Candi believes that to be healthy, we need to be happy.  And to be happy, we need to reconnect with Mother Nature.  That starts with food, but doesn't end there.

Candi Griffith, FNTP, BCHN, is a leader in the revolution for a more natural lifestyle.  She believes in supporting wellness, happiness, and longevity through intention - intentionally eating well, intentionally caring for you and your family, intentionally living.  She is the founder and practitioner of The Family Holistic and has seen over 2,000 different clients with over 7,000 unique visits.  And she's taught hundreds of medical doctors, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals about the power of nutrition and supplementation.

About Candi Griffith

Candi turned her passion for real food and natural living into her career.  She spent years educating her family and friends on better diets, better supplements, and better lifestyles that helped them heal.  And in 2013 she began seeing clients professionally.

Candi advocates for living closer to Earth, acknowledging, embracing, and advocating for the innate connection to our bodies and to Mother Nature.  While she has always been fascinated with the science behind nutrition, like studying lab results and learning about micro-nutrients, her true passion is combining science with her intuition.

Candi's passion is helping families; that's where our name came from.  And while her clients initially see her for nutritional consulting, they typically transition to leveraging her unique perspectives for life coaching.

Candi is a one-of-a-kind healer.

We live in nearby Cross Plains on a small farm with four kids, a flock of 40 chickens, and a massive organic garden.  We try to practice what we preach: natural living, self-sufficiency, and a family-first mindset.  From the chickens to our compost pile, we love learning about regenerative agriculture, livestock maintenance, and how to be better stewards of our planet.

Waunakee is our second home and it's residents our new family.  We thrive in a community setting and love that we're able to service such a wonderful, caring, and family-oriented clientele.
