How long is an infrared sauna session?
Sessions are 40 minutes long. It is not required that you spend all 40 minutes in the sauna. In fact, for people new to saunas we recommend staying in the sauna until you feel uncomfortable then take a water break. This ensures a positive healing experience.
Is the infrared sauna safe?
Yes, the infrared sauna is safe for all ages but is not recommended for pregnant women (due to the lack of research on the effect on the baby). The infrared sauna uses infrared light waves to heat you gently from the core. This is the same process as the sun.
How frequently should I be using an infrared sauna?
For consistent results, it is recommended that you use an infrared sauna 2-3 times per week for at least 20 minutes each session
